Awareness - Part 1

Yoga is about awareness. Here is a simple exercise:
Can you see what thought created what's in your mind right in this moment?
What kind of thoughts are shaping your life? Those thoughts that create other thoughts are usually called beliefs.
In reality there is no difference between thoughts that are beliefs and normal thoughts except one thing.
Thoughts that are beliefs are very often not seen by us in the moment they create their reality.
The reward for paying attention to what we believe in is huge.
Why is it huge? Because beliefs are what determines how we treat ourselves, how we treat everyone around us and all that exists around us.
So in other words our beliefs determine all of our relationships.
We yogis believe that the practice of creating loving and conscious relationships is what creates the ultimate happiness for all.
And thus yoga is the art of love and care for all including ourselves.
