Let's practice:
What do you believe in right now?
After you answer that question take a moment to see how your belief affects you and how you feel right now.
Now ask yourself if this belief is serving you well.
If you answered yes, notice how you feel.
If you answered no, first notice how you feel, then take a moment to choose a belief that is of service to you, see yourself embody this belief and again notice how you feel.
Now ask yourself a question: Is there are relationship between what you believe in and your happiness?
