How to start your yoga practice

Here is one way. Repeat, visualize and feel the following affirmation:

  • I choose to be grateful for the infinite love and light that I am.




Of course there is more to yoga practice then working with affirmations, but this is a great way to start creating a change in your life.


A quality yoga practice is a process of transformation and care for all of our plains of existence (from physical to spiritual).


The practice trains our awareness and the ability to see when we are making loving or unloving choices in our lives.


A sign of a good yoga practice is when you are aware of the present moment and when you make your choices consciously.
