Reacting - actively engaging in a response to what I am experiencing in the moment .

Our reactions can be conscious or automatic. An automatic reaction is mostly good when I need to protect my body from danger, as well as in some other situations. However, I see the need to create a direction in my life (a vision) and choose to act on that instead of the automatic response to my surroundings. This way I can avoid the infinite loop of random reactions to the world that I live in.

Most importantly I can start creating changes to my life, especially changes to my habits. From changes in my habitual behaviour I can create a true transformation in the way I experience life (changes to my awareness as well as perception).
