We are always enough

If you have ever thought that you need to do something in order to feel good about yourself this page is for you. First there is nothing wrong with the above concept, but it might be worth it to examine it, if it becomes a habit or obsession.

The core concept in yoga is that we have everything and we are everything already. We don't need to become better. We don't need to grow spiritually. We also don't need to do anything at all, because life happens regardless of our actions.

The more precise way to understand this is to visualize a person doing nothing. Most people would see someone who is lying down and not moving. Now if we see this person lying down during a period of one minute and then divide that minute 100000 times (small glimpses of time) in each one of them we will see a person lying down and not moving. Let's say if we observe a runner for one minute. On the outside it looks like there is a difference between the runner and the person that is resting, however if we divide that one minute 100000 times we will see 100000 moments of stillness in slightly different shapes.

This means no matter what we do we just fill the time continuum with our presence, first in the form of light, but much more importantly in the form of our attention.
